Welcome to the first edition of Quick Chat with Kedutainment Media your number one hub for entertainment and education. Today we happy to have a quick chat with a 300 level student of Kaduna State University. He is going to tell us about him in the next 20minutes.

KEDUTAINMENT MEDIA: Can we know you sir?

RESPONDENT: I go by the name Daniel Nuhu A.K.A Young

KEDUTAINMENT MEDIA: Okay, can you tell us what YOUNG does?

YOUNG: Well besides being a student, I am a church boy who raps, i do spoken words and they are all based on the gospel.

KEDUTAINMENT MEDIA:  Wow, cool, so what inspires your type of music?

YOUNG: All I ever wanted to do is to reach out to many (Matt 28:19). Am not a pastor nor a singer. I was influenced into hip-hop at a very young age by my elder brothers. So i took hold of the hip-hop talent cos i see it as a better way of reaching out to young fellas who loves hip-hop music.

KEDUTAINMENT MEDIA: Inspiring... we will like to know how you balance the Gospel spread with education.

YOUNG: Everything's got its own time, am here specifically to pursue knowledge, but am not jack of one trade, i have ample time for the gospel as well and to crown it, i have got a crew and i also engage in fellowship activities but careful enough not to step on my academics.

KEDUTAINMENT MEDIA: that's cool, the Gospel got you going, so tell us about your crew.

YOUNG: Its called GREENHOUSE, its a gospel based crew full of different talents, singers, rappers, poets, dancers and even actors. We are also privileged to have SPOKESMAN as our patron, we gold our meetings every Tuesday's and Fridays by 6:30pm at M.U.H here in the main campus , y'all are free to pay us a visit.

KEDUTAINMENT MEDIA: good, a close source told us that you are planning on releasing a single, tell us about it.

YOUNG: Yea, its a neutral song i did based on the two sided lifestyle of students in the campus, Good at home and something else in school. Gods willing am hoping to drop the song on the 1st of July, 2016. so i want you all to anticipate and save the date cos its promises to be WOW.

KEDUTAINMENT MEDIA: hmmmm! good to know, so what are we expecting from the upcoming concert?

YOUNG: Think am just gonna give y'all a hint, R.A.W is an acronym for RAP AND WORSHIP and its going down on the 26th June, 2016, that is this Sunday at the Sciences Lecture Theatre 1 (SLT 1) in Kaduna State University around 2pm, its gonna be Powerful.

KEDUTAINMENT MEDIA: okay we surely be there to know what's all about. What can you say about the gospel music in town these days.

YOUNG: Well God has been faithful, it can only keep getting better.

KEDUTAINMENT MEDIA: we pray so, where do you see yourself in the next 5 years?

YOUNG: i should have acquired my Masters' degree, own my business, probably running my doctorate degree, own my house with a  Ford F150 car (Upgraded) and using all these achievement for the growth of the young ones.

KEDUTAINMENT MEDIA: Nothing is impossible with God, last words for your fans and shoutouts?

YOUNG: shout out to my Lord Jesus Christ, Shout out to my family (Daniels Family), Shout out to my love (Patience), shout out to Greenhouse, Alloys of faith, the prolifics, BSF and all campus fellowships and a big one to all my fans, God bless y'all (IF CHRIST BE ANYTHING, HE MUST BE EVERYTHING) I love you all.

INTERVIEW MONDAY: I'M WORKING ON SOMETHING, ITS GOING TO BE DOPE!

Welcome back to Interview Mondays on your favorite blogspot Kedutainment Media. Today we have a beautiful young lady that is telling us much about herself. 

 Kedutainment Media: Can we know you?

Respondent: huh! my name is Joy Akinwarele A.K.A Joandy. I am a 200Lv Mass Communication student and thats all about it.

Kedutainment Media: Tell us about your school and life on campus?

Respondent: I am a 200lv Mass Communication student in Kaduna State University. Life for me is today. I live for everyday and as they say; "If life gives you lemon, make lemonade  or something like that. lol

Kedutainment Media: Aside being a student, what else do you do?

Respondent: I am into fashion. I make dresses and I am no tailor. I prefer the term "Fashion Designer" and I am into Music.

Kedutainment Media: Ok, so how did your fashion and music career started?

Respondent: Well, after i graduated from secondary school, i didnt get admission that year so i decided to use my time for something worth it, and i learnt how to sew. For music, well it was always a hobby

Kedutainment Media:  Hmmmm! good. talking about music being your hobby, do you have a single on ground?

Respondent: No, not yet but i am working on something and its going to be dope.

Kedutainment Media: Are you going to give us an exclusive on the single you are working on?

Respondent: I cant say much but it is a cover featuring the one and only Blizzi and it promises to be dope.

Kedutainment Media: Ok, do you have a management? say a record label?

Respondent: Sadly not yet, but i am hopeful. 

Kedutainment Media: Ok, so how do you blend Music and education?

Respondent: Lol... well school is school, and music is music. Music is a huge part of me, it is something i cant get enough of, school i have to go to, but music is a part of me and i want the whole world to hear it, but mehn i cant lie, it is not easy.

Kedutainment Media:  On interview monday you must have to tell us about your relationship life.

Respondent:  Well my relationship life is my relationship life, and its aint no body's business, it is private....lol.

Kedutainment Media:  Hmmm! ok oh. Do us a favor by telling us how old are you.

Respondent: Old enough, i am an adult and that is it.

Kedutainment Media:  Tell us about your favorite meal.

Respondent: I dont have a favorite but i do love fast food.

Kedutainment Media: Have you performed before, if yes how was the experience?

Respondent: Well i recited Bible verses as a kid, does that count?.....lol, well no i havent.

Kedutainment Media:  It does.... lol. Who is your favorite Nigerian and International celebrity and why is he/she your favorite?

Respondent: Nigeria celebrity i will say Cobhams that guy is ....... well he's lyrics is OMG I think am gonna cry, for international if you could mix Beyonce, Rihanna, Sia and Sam Smith, i will love that. Beyonce, Rihanna and Sia have this roughness to their voice and Sam Smith has this sweetness to it. lest i forget John Belion his lyrics are just....OMG.

Kedutainment Media: What can you say about the Nigerian Music Industry and where do you see yourself in 5 years to come?

Respondent: The Industry is growing, i mean Nigerian Music is heard everywhere on earth, i say we are making progress, as for me in 5 years, well watch out, tune in and keep watching.

Kedutainment Media:  Last word to your Music Lovers and upcoming artist out there that's are doing music.

Respondent: For those waiting on me have faith, for those who want to go into music, i say do it, life is too short. Lastly I love y'all.
